Almavivo is a song composed by Taku Matsushiba. Seung-gil Lee skates to this piece in the Rostelecom Cup for his short program.

The song itself contains many Spanish instruments, with its main instrument being a trumpet and backed by bongos. It starts off with a lively introduction, slows down for a short portion, and then speeds up into a mambo for the remainder of the song.

Trivia Edit

  • 'Almavivo' is a combination of two Spanish words: 'alma', which translates to 'soul', and 'vivo', which translates to 'alive'. Therefore, the title can be taken to mean "living soul".
